Terms of Service

1. Diagnostic & Labor Policy

A diagnostic minimum of $80 applies to all equipment checked into the shop. This fee covers the initial inspection and troubleshooting. Total labor is billed at the standard shop rate of $120/hr.

2. Parts & Procurement

MHS utilizes high-quality OEM or equivalent performance parts. Clients will be notified if a specialized part requires a lead time exceeding 7 business days. Parts costs are billed in addition to labor estimates.

3. Completion & Storage Policy

Equipment must be picked up or scheduled for return delivery within 14 calendar days of notification of completion. Beginning on the 15th day, a storage fee of $10.00 per day will be assessed and added to the final invoice, unless prior mutual arrangements have been established in writing.

4. Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left for more than 60 days without communication or payment may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recoup service and storage costs, in accordance with local regulations.

5. Warranty

MHS warrants repair workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new issues, fuel-related failures (stale gas), or equipment misuse.
